Real Estate Brokerage License

ALT.RE holds an active Real Estate Broker's license, enabling direct participation when appropriate and informed representation throughout key moments of a project's lifecycle. This continuity reduces fragmentation and helps ensure that decisions made early are carried through consistently. Real estate services are not offered as a standalone, high volume brokerage practice. Engagements are limited and deliberate, shaped by project complexity, alignment, and timing.
